Cory Rix

Cory is an industrial design senior with a specialization in prototype making and user centered design. He enjoys finding design solutions that improve people’s lives and the environment as a whole. As a graduating senior, his honors thesis focused on analyzing current e-commerce packaging trends, and improving on them by designing a new sustainable, completely dissolvable packaging system. Currently, he is working with an interdisciplinary team to build a children's museum exhibit that teaches kids about the importance of bees. In his free time, he enjoys crafting of all kinds, and runs an online business called cozycatacomb where he designs and makes custom jewelry, stuffed animals, and decor.
